Heaven's Realm Sings
We are not so different you and me. We are not so different. We both want comfort and security. We both need water, food, shelter, clothes, love and respect. We come from the same tree, only you took one branch and I took the other. The Witch and the Christian, the Muslim and the Jew, the brown or black, the girl or boy. We all have one home, Mother Earth. We all have one source, though we call it by different names. We have different languages, different ways of thinking, so this is no real surprise.
The one thing we share is this earth home, which I refer to as our guide to living a harmonious life. Within nature, I find all the angels in their heaven's realm sings to me, the Uni-verse or one song. I watch the comings and goings of the sun and moon and they tell me of the importance of action and rest. These two celestial bodies tell me that for every “out breath,” there must be an “in breath.” For every form of doing and producing, there must be a time of reflection and introspection. Nature shows me how day, spring, and summer are the yang energy of action. And night, fall, and winter are yin energy of rest. If all I did was do, without time to be, how would I ever know what I am?
Four archangels protect and guide with brilliant light.
One guarding at each cardinal direction with hallowed might.
Raphael, strong and true, stands guard at the Eastern Gate
Of light and air to bring knowledge, intuition, a learners’ fate
His realm the mind borne from the child and eagle’s wing
The wind of change you smell of at the coming of spring
Michael of Spirit and Flame holds firm the South. Hark!
His brilliant sunlight enchants and slays the dragon of dark
He guards the unborn from heaven across the rainbow bridge
to Earth, instilling will, destiny, and courage is his pledge
At twilight in the autumn years comes Gabriel of the West
Teaching us with Mother’s healing waters, the need for rest
From the safety of the womb, we risk and taste the world’s first tear
And realize it is love we prefer over all unfounded, unbased fear
Uriel, powerful protector of ancestral knowledge and the North
Blankets of winter’s snow shelter seeds of truth, yet to bring forth
He grounds you and cradles each step you take, always accepting
In silence, waiting for maturity of a time ripe with understanding
Visit regularly the balm of your soul. The altar of Spirit’s majesty, Where an infinite soul body unfolds as the Quiet temple of meditation. A cachotomy of voices sing as one Invoking unbroken, powerful unity that Flowers creative Intelligence into a Color-splashed, fragrant-infused sanctum. Slowly vanishing into the abyss of hibernation Quiet your mind and follow the rhythm Create an exquisite mental garden Omnipresence of Spirit will reveal itself, in a Continual transformation of pure beauty.
