What is Magic?
Magic is believing in yourself when no one
else does. Magic is knowing someone, somewhere
always does believe in you. It is a state
of being. It is a place that conveys and
emanates pure protection and safety. In
this enchanted realm, we have guides that
guard and guide us. We have angels, animal
totems, ascended masters, spirit beings,
loved ones. There is a perfect Plan that
a Universal Intelligence known as Goddess/God/Creator/The
Great Mystery, etc. has created. We are
the rays emanating from that Divine Source
- we are an extension of perfection and
love. We cannot make mistakes. We cannot
be lost. We cannot be found. Just as every
flower in a wild field is there in its perfect
place to give forth its own unique beauty,
we too, are always in the exact right place
at the exact right time. So be beautiful.
Magic happens when we remember who we are.
The wholeness of our being is an extension
of a benevolent Father/Mother God that loves
us so completely, because Love is all It
is. We have never left our divinity or home
because it lives within us. Our source is
the creator of everything -- and we are
the exact likeness of our source. Therefore,
we create everything in our lives. The remembering
of this innate creative power is magic.
It is a tingling of knowingness that no
matter what the world looks like, as spiritual
beings we are constantly creating, constantly
evolving pure love and will always be.
How can love ever be damaged? It has absolutely
no opposite that compares to its power.
With our free will we can choose to perceive
ourselves as victims, damaged or afraid.
But that is an illusion. This life is but
a dream. We are here to play. Play with
each other, with the elements, with nature,
and animals. Some lessons and experiences
will hurt. Some illusions are quite powerful.
Let them be and pass through you. We are
here to experience incarnation and weave
the infinite beauty of our entire Divine
essence into our lives. We are here to shine,
to sparkle.
In Magic, in Play we discover the lightness
of being. Through the elements we can know
this physical body and find the precious
divinity within our humanity. With nature
we hear, see, feel, smell, and touch the
Divine unmasked. In our animal friends we
find examples of the deepest truths within
our souls. With each other we learn about
relationships that help us toward better
understanding ourselves. We see our personalities
and its limitations. We find ways to be
true to our unique voice and way of being.
However, the one place that offers the most
is your mirror. In your mirror you will
find your teacher. In your mirror you will
find a love that brings tears to your eyes
and encapsulates you in a wholeness with
all that is and shall ever be.
Through those eyes in the mirror, find Love
and you will find Magic.
Blessings,
Jamie
